If your team are having issues logging in with your Salesforce account, it may be due to the fact that you have IP restrictions on the login. This means that users are restricted from logging in to Salesforce from a specific list of IP addresses. To resolve this you will need to add our IP addresses in so that they can authenticate their user.

Please follow those instructions and add the following IP addresses (note you can just set the same start/finish IP addresses for these).
After setting the IP addresses you will now be able to use the Salesforce Single Sign On process to access the Spinify Mobile Apps or MySpinify.
