Zendesk Connected Objects

After you connect your Zendesk account Spinify the following object/fields gets linked for you to use on creating leaderboards.

Tickets

  • Ticket ID
  • Title - mapped to Name, Case Number and Subject
  • Due Date - mapped to CloseDate
  • Assignee's Email - mapped to the owner
  • Ticket Type
  • Via - mapped to Origin
  • Priority
  • Status
  • Last Updated
  • Created Date

Note: Tickets are mapped to the Spinify Case object.  When you create a Leaderboard you would run it on "Cases" in Spinify which is mapped to Zendesk Tickets.
