After you connect your Zendesk account Spinify the following object/fields gets linked for you to use on creating leaderboards.
Tickets
- Ticket ID
- Title - mapped to Name, Case Number and Subject
- Due Date - mapped to CloseDate
- Assignee's Email - mapped to the owner
- Ticket Type
- Via - mapped to Origin
- Priority
- Status
- Last Updated
- Created Date
Note: Tickets are mapped to the Spinify Case object. When you create a Leaderboard you would run it on "Cases" in Spinify which is mapped to Zendesk Tickets.
