After you connect your Freshdesk account to Spinify the following object/fields get linked for you to use when creating leaderboards.


  • Resolver - email address of Freshdesk user that closed the ticket
  • Subject - the subject line of the ticket
  • Type - ticket type
  • IsClosed - true when the status is closed, otherwise false
  • CreatedAt - timestamp when the ticket was created
  • ClosedDate - timestamp when the ticket was closed

Note: Tickets are mapped to the Spinify Case object.  When you create a Leaderboard you would run it on "Cases" in Spinify which is mapped to Freshdesk Tickets.
